We are hiring a Line Cook who can also work in our pantry, preparing and presenting foods such as salads, soups, meats, cheeses, and desserts. We seek an individual with experience in the food service industry who is committed to impeccable food presentation and garnishing to the highest standard. Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall daily operation of breakfast and lunch service at Marli’s restaurant and bar, located within The Pollard Hotel. The Restaurant Manager works closely with the management staff to ensure proper staffing, financial profitability, hiring and training of employees, and that safety and health standards are met. Responsibilities also include maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and menu design input. Must be able to perform all positions within the restaurant. When other management personnel are not in the hotel, the Restaurant Manager also serves as the Manager on Duty at the best historic hotel around!

Line Cook-Days Full Time

It's simple: We are a small and mighty team that needs a new member! If you have experience cooking in a commercial kitchen and support recipes from scratch with local ingredients, we would love to meet you. This is a DAY SHIFT, full-time, seasonal position with a chance to join our team year-round. We offer benefits and discounts to our other Red Lodge Hospitality properties in Red Lodge, MT. CHEF-breakfast and lunch

Our chef is crucial in assigning kitchen tasks, working the line, and assisting the restaurant manager and hotel general manager with hiring and training kitchen staff, inventory management, and menu development. Marli's currently serves breakfast and dinner, with the intention of bringing dinner service back to the hotel in the future. The Pollard Hotel is also a hub for small banquets, meetings, reunions, etc., and the chef will work with the Groups and Events coordinator to ensure proper service to those groups.
